Returns + Exchanges
Upon receiving your package and it has been damaged due to transit issues, we will consider returns but this should be resolved by contacting email@example.com. Although this is unlikely, if by chance what you have received is completely a different product from the order submitted, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
