Because a lot of our work is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 10 day window for international orders and a 5 day window for domestic orders. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Due to customs, our arrangements including fresh flowers cannot be shipped outside of Japan (can be ordered online anywhere).
On International Delivery
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If any of the items have been damaged or defective due to transit/shipping activities , please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will address your concern promptly through email (please understand the time difference).
If the address given in our online store is inaccurate, additional shipping charges will be added to the order. If the flower delivery is shipped to a destination where we cannot hand-deliver, we may require making new arrangement due to the flowers wilting. If this is the case, redistribution and product fee may be charged. Please be sure to fill in building name, floor number, room/apartment number accurately.
